Shipping Information
When you place an order on our site, you should receive an automatic confirming email from our web server with an order number. This is the 5 digit order number at the top, not the "Order XID" at the bottom. Please mark this order number down and please refer to it in any correspondence with us about your order. It will help us to locate the order and help us to serve you better.
The map at the left is provided by UPS and shows the number of business days shipping time from our location in California to other points in the United States once we ship an order. Business days are Monday through Friday except holidays. UPS does not deliver our shipments on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Ground Shipping in the Continental US
Shipping costs are based on the dollar value of the order before adding any shipping costs. For UPS ground service in the Continental US, they are as follows:

Free shipping is only available for ground service in the Continental US.
Shipping to other US states and territories
All orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, other US territories and Military Post Offices ship Priority Mail for $15.95 and up depending upon the order amount.
Shipping time
We ship from California, and in most cases we ship within 2 business days of receipt of an order. We typically ship orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays by Tuesday. Orders received by 8 am Pacific Time on other days typically ship that business day, and orders received after 8 am Pacific Time the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday except holidays. UPS does not deliver on Saturday and Sunday. We will notify you if any product is out of stock. Unless we have made a counting mistake, typically the site will only let you order items which are in stock. Ground service ranges from 1 business day from the date of shipping within Northern California to 6 days from the date of shipping to the East Coast. Within the continental US, you can also choose to have your order shipped 3 Day Select or 2 Day Air. We are no longer shipping Next Day Air as it has become too expensive with UPS fuel surcharges. 3 Day Select shipping costs approximately 3 times ground service and 2 Day Air costs approximately 5 times ground service. These services are not available to all locations.
Items on sale may only be shipped ground.
Monday through Friday (except holidays) are the only days that count for UPS shipping options. In addition, UPS does not deliver Saturday and Sunday. UPS does not have a guaranteed delivery time on these services, so packages may be delivered in the evening, even on 2 day and 3 day shipments.
Other details
Each order shipped to a specific location counts as one order. Item quantity discounts, coupon volume discounts and free shipping minimums cannot be met by combining orders going to different shipping locations. If this sounds like a lot of unnecessary legalese, it is because we had someone wanting to send one item to each of two different shipping locations arguing with us that it was all one order and she therefore had met the minimums. This person told us it did not specify otherwise on the site. Now it does.
Orders for which delivery is refused are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee plus any return freight charges that UPS bills to our company. In addition to the re-stocking fee and the UPS return freight charge, orders that are refused that shipped with free shipping will be subject to a $8.75 freight charge.

International Shipping (Outside of the USA)
TartBurners.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, iShopUSA to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart, proceed to the Shipping & Billing page and then choose the "International Checkout Only" option. The items will automatically be transferred into an iShopUSA cart. You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. iShopUSA will process your payment and guarantee delivery.
